The Rise of Payment Receipt Generators in Pakistan
As digital payments have surged across Pakistan, a shadow industry of "Slip Generator Apps" and Telegram bots has emerged. Fraudsters use these tools to generate photorealistic images of Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer receipts in seconds.
How the Scam Works
- A buyer places an order worth PKR 15,000 on your store.
- Instead of transferring funds, they enter the merchant's account title and order amount into a receipt forgery app.
- The app outputs an image with exact branding, matching fonts, fake transaction time, and a generated TID.
- The buyer messages your WhatsApp team: "Payment done, please dispatch urgently!"
- Busy dispatch teams glance at the screenshot and ship the parcel without verifying bank account ledger balances.
Why Visual Verification Always Fails
Human staff cannot reliably distinguish between authentic screenshots and forged receipts because:
- High-resolution fonts and UI assets are publicly available.
- Dispatch staff rarely have direct access to the owner's bank login or two-factor OTP device.
- High peak volumes (11.11, Ramadan, Eid sales) overwhelm manual verification teams.
The Cryptographic & Ledger-Backed Defense
TezVerify replaces vulnerable human visual checks with Direct Ledger Matching:
- Source-Verified Ingestion: Transaction notifications are captured directly from telecommunication carrier shortcodes (3737, 8558) and official banking mail servers with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC verification.
- Deterministic Amount & TID Validation: Every transaction is cross-checked against your real ledger balance. A customer cannot claim a payment that has not settled in your account.
- Anti-Replay Attack Protection: Once a TID is used to settle an order, TezVerify seals the reference in an indexed cryptographic ledger. The same TID can never be reused for another order.
Protect your business from silent revenue leaks by switching to autonomous ledger verification today.
