Shopify automation is paused

The legacy Shopify payment companion is not available for new automated payments. A verified server-owned store connection and supported customer flow are required before automatic order updates can resume.

For existing transfers, retain the transaction reference and contact the merchant. Authorized staff must verify received funds against the correct order and record payment in Shopify before fulfillment.

A verified receipt in TezVerify is not confirmation that Shopify shows the order as paid. Do not send another transfer solely because an automatic update is unavailable.
